i feel that olympism is about competing with one another with integrity. Even when one is about to lose  they should not cheat in the competition. In olympism, having sportsmanship is very important as it help to build respect, integrity, friendship and teamwork in a team. One should always listen to the leader of the team and should work with other team members. They should not do whatever they likes and forget about their team when they are competing. Even when the team loses, the team members should not blames one another for the mistake, where else, they should work together and try to think of a better strategy the next time.
